Villa Capri is another of our luxury Miami Beach vacation rentals located in exclusive Easter Shores. This waterfront home has a new heated pool and large private patio surrounded by a perfectly landscaped tropical yard.  Villa Capri is completely renovated and has 2,765 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, three bath and sleeps up to eight people. Like most of our Miami Beach vacation villas, Villa Capri is situated in the Miami waterway and has its own 110 foot boat dock.  

The living room has beige marble flooring and modern, contemporary leather furnishings and a huge flat screen TV. From the living room you can see the dining room with it contemporary, chic table that seats eight people. The Europeans style kitchen is a chef’s dream with dark wood cabinetry and all stainless steel appliances.  Both the living room and kitchen have great views of the Miami waterway. The layout offers space and comfort and helps you having relaxed and pleasant vacation.

This Miami Beach vacation villas’ master bedroom has a king size bed, a large closet and gorgeous black tile bathroom with designer fixtures. The second and third bedrooms both have a king size bed and large closets. They share a bathroom that has wall to ceiling marble and new bath fixtures. The fourth bedroom has a king size bed as well. The second bathroom recently updated comes with a nice size bath tub. The third bathroom has a shower and access to the pool area.

Relax in the tropically landscaped backyard in the heated pool or sunbath in a designer lounge chair on the deck. You may even enjoy watching the sunset or water activity while having cocktails on the dock.
