Miami vacation rentals at Villa Acapulco – Vacating Homes Miami Beach -Villa Bay View is another of our luxury vacation rentals in Miami Beach. - Bay View villa is a two story, 5,000 square foot home waterfront home. This five bedroom villa has four full bathrooms and two half baths and was recently completely renovated and will accommodated up to ten people. Not many vacation home MiamiBeach have a heated pool and Jacuzzi that sit on 150 feet of water frontage with a dock that has a 20,000 lb boat lift.

The incredible back yard at Villa Bay View is great for relaxing or having cocktails with friends as you look out onto the water. The spectacular view of the Miami Bay is even better from the outdoor dining table that sits in its own separate are of the backyard. Not many vacation rentals in Miami Beach allow boat lovers to dock their own vessel in the back yard.
The living room has oversized elegant leather furniture and an incredible floor to ceiling custom mahogany entertainment center equipped with home theater and sound system. There is even a table pool. The open style living room shares it’s mahogany and leather theme in a separate bar area with dining room table for ten people. There are spectacular water views from every room! In its own section of this incredibly laid out space is a huge open kitchen with new wood cabinetry, top of the line stainless steel appliances and granite countertops overlooking the swimming pool.

Villa Bay View has two bedrooms on the first floor. One is the master with a king size bed, 50" Plasma TV, custom walk in closets and a private bathroom with Jacuzzi and a separate shower. This master its own balcony over looking the waterway bay and outdoor Jacuzzi. The second bedroom comes with a queen size bed, Lcd TV and private bathroom with shower. Upstairs there’s two more bedrooms with king size bed and LCD TV’s. Both have en suite bathrooms, one with a shower and the other a bathtub. The fifth bedroom has two single day beds.
