Due to the municipalities recent ban on vacation houses in Miami, the number of homes that can be used for vacation rentals in Miami runs to 15. Some owners take the risk of offering their house as a vacation house even though it may generate huge problems for them and their guests. In the past 2 years a very large number of guests were evicted from illegal vacation houses in Miami and their owners were brought to justice and had to pay hefty fines. At Miamilodge.com we offer only legal vacation rentals in Miami. We want our guests to have the peace of mind and to enjoy their holidays in our magic city.
Our five bedroom homes can accommodate up to 12 people when using the convertible-sofa beds. Vacation homes with five bedrooms are more difficult to find that the common four bedroom properties.
Our selection of houses in Miami are waterfront and located in upscale gated island communities throughout Miami. Each of our five bedroom vacation homes features a pool. Families and guests will enjoy the private, tranquil setting that our vacation homes offer.
