The Mantell Tower is a historic Art Deco building just blocks from the beach, a golf course and many other popular attractions. It is home to Miami Habitat’s private vacation rentals, Miami studios and condos. Unit 421 is a 300 square foot studio and will sleep two people comfortably. This studio was recently renovated and has nice views of the pool. Unit #421 is furnished with a queen-size bed, night table and a wall mounted flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo. There is a modern fold-out sofa bed and a dinette table with four chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with black marble counter tops, a full size refrigerator, a microwave, two built in burners and cook wear. The European style bathroom has new fixtures that include a designer shower with rainfall showerhead. |
