The Mantell Tower is a historic Art Deco building and home to Miami Habitat’s South Beach lodging rentals. These South Beach accommodations are in an ideal location just blocks from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, retail and groceries. Unit 234 has 250 square feet of living space and will sleep two people comfortably. Unit #234 is pleasantly decorated with a trendy, modern décor that includes a queen-size bed, night table and dresser. There is a black leather futon-sofa, a dinette set for two and a flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo. The kitchen has marble countertops, a microwave, a full size refrigerator and two built in burners for heating and preparing small meals. The designer bathroom has been redone with new European style fixtures that include a shower with rainfall showerhead.
