The Congress Unit Emerald III

The three oceanfront buildings that make up the Congress Hotel are located in the Art Deco district of South Beach. These private vacation rentals, Miami suites and rooms are directly across from the beach on world-famous Ocean Drive. This boutique hotel was recently renovated and is now home to hip and stylish South Beach lodging suites.

The Emerald III is a 650 square foot, one bedroom, one bath suite that sleeps four guests comfortably. This sophisticated suite is tastefully decorated with modern furnishings with a balcony that overlooks Ocean Drive and the Atlantic Ocean.

The living room in this South Beach lodging suite has a convertible sofa with coordinating chairs, accent tables and writing desk. The custom designed kitchen has marble counter tops and state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances.  There is a king-size bed with luxurious linens in the bedroom and the bathroom has a marble vanity and a combination bathtub and shower. Our private vacation rentals, Miami suites and rooms at the Congress include flat screen TVs, a DVD player, stereo, iPod speaker dock, broadband internet and free Wi-Fi. They also have an in-room safe to store you valuables.

Guests of the Emerald III will have access to the rooftop pool and the hotel’s restaurant and bar. Free concierge services are available with all South Beach lodging rentals booked through Miami Habitat.  Additional cleaning services may be requested for a small fee.
