Unit 206 is on the second-floor and has one bedroom with one full bathroom. It has 650 square feet of space and will sleep four guests with the use of two sofa beds in the living room. Rebuilt in 2007, this unit has new plumbing and electrical. This spacious vacation rental has a very contemporary décor with modern loft style furnishings.
 
There are bamboo floors throughout and this unit receives loads of natural sunlight from the many large windows. The living area has two white, futon-sofas, coffee table and a dinette set that seats four people.  There is also a flat screen TV with DVD player and cable. The large open kitchen has all stainless steel appliances. The bedroom has a queen-size platform bed with matching side tables and dresser. The full size bathroom has glass shelving and new fixtures.
