South Beach lodging in Loft 3 offers two-stories and 3,500 square feet of genuine pleasure. Built like an authentic New York Loft, 24 foot ceilings and windows that span 20 feet permitting the most natural light. The interior decoration is modest with modern furnishings. Loft 3 has three bedrooms with two and a half baths and will sleep up to eight people.  When you enter this spacious South Beach lodging loft you immediately notice the remarkable living space with a European open kitchen outfitted with stainless steel appliances.

On the first you will find two guest bedrooms floor. There is a queen-size bed in one and the second has a hip and modern round king-size bed. Both guest bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower.

On the second floor is the master suite with a spacious layout and a king-size platform bed. This bedroom has an in suite bathroom with glass enclosed shower with rainfall shower head. The second floor also has a comfortable entertainment room equipped with a TV.

Like all of our Miami Beach vacation condos, Loft 3 has a stereo, DVD player, iPod stereo dock as well as Wi-Fi internet. This unit also has four large plasma TV’s, one in each of the bedrooms and in the living room.

Loft 3 is the only residence in the building to include a 5,000 square foot rooftop garden terrace with spectacular views, a sundeck with an outdoor lounge bed for two, a Jacuzzi, BBQ area and a shower with hot and cold running water.
