 The Sixty Sixty Resort is an extended stay Miami lodging hotel located on 6060 Indian Creek in Miami Beach. These South Beach lodging rentals are just two blocks from the beach and five minutes from the popular Art Deco District. These vacation rentals sit on the Intracoastal Waterway and have a trendy, Art Deco décor. Guests of the Sixty Sixty hotel may use the outdoor terrace and pool, 24 hour fitness room, business center and laundry facilities.Unit #1502 is a 350 square foot studio on the 15th floor with partial ocean views. This South Beach lodging condo and will sleep up to four people comfortably. The unit has an open balcony and maintains the trendy Art Deco style of the rest of the building. This unit has new designer carpeting throughout with a sleeper sofa, matching end tables and a coffee table. The entertainment console has a 27” flat screen TV, VHS and a DVD player. There is also a dining table hat seats two people. The queen-size bed has a custom bed frame with reading lamps a radio and compact disc alarm. The bathroom has marble countertops and a combination bathtub and shower. All of our extended stay Miami vacation rentals include full sets of linens, an iron and ironing board and hairdryer. The South Beach lodging condos at Sixty Sixty have kitchenettes with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances that include a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and blender. Miami Habitat’s vacation rentals are offered with free concierge services and additional cleaning service may e requested for a small fee.
