We have several Miami South Beach lodging condos and extended stay Miami vacation rentals at the oceanfront Roney Palace. This newly renovated resort is attached to the hip Gansevoort Hotel and is within walking distance to the cafes, galleries and shops of Lincoln Road Mall. Unit 1008 is a 1,200 square foot, two bedroom and two bath condo that will accommodate six people. This unit has been professionally decorated and features new silk drapes, granite countertops, marble flooring and a Venetian chandelier. Living room furnishings include a plush leather couch with matching chairs and accent tables. There is also a dining area with a table and four chairs. Unit 1008 has a TV with cable and a VCR in the entertainment center. There is a breakfast bar separating the dining area from the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has marble countertops and all white appliances. There are two full-size beds in the master bedroom and two twin-size beds in the second bedroom. The master bathroom has a marble countertop vanity with a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The full second bathroom has a combination bathtub and shower. All of our extended stay Miami suites are equipped with towels, sheets, coffee maker, stereo, etc. Guests of the Roney Palace will have access to the resort’s amenities including rooftop pool and lounge, the David Barton Gym and Philippe Chow and STK restaurants. Miami Habitat offers concierge services at no cost with all Miami South Beach lodging rentals and additional maid services may be requested for a small fee.
