The superb vacation home is located in Keystone Point. This gated community is minutes away from Aventura mall, Bal Harbour and South Beach.
Entering the South Beach vacation rental, on the left side you will find a comfortable TV room equipped with a Sofa bed next to the beautiful kitchen. The kitchen is made of warm with wood cabinets, granite countertops and top of the line appliances. The contiguous dining room and living room are spacious with multiple windows providing a relaxing view onto the pool area.
The bedrooms are located on the South side of the house. The first one has two twin beds and a charming en suite bathroom with a shower that opens up on the pool. The master bedroom has a large king size bed with wonderful marble bathroom with a tub. Bedroom number three has a queen size bed and bedroom four a king size bed and offer a pool view. They share a modern bathroom with a shower located in the hallway.
The outdoor area is ideal to enjoy the Miami weather: sunbathing, swimming in the pool, or preparing a barbecue with friends or family. This cozy vacation villa can perfectly accommodate up to ten guests. Paradise villa is fully equipped with everything that you might need: TV's; VCR and stereo.
No motorcycle groups are allowed in the properties that we rent. Vacationers are not allowed to have any parties or gatherings in our properties.
