This foot, one bedroom, one bath condo will comfortably sleep four people.

This splendid vacation rental is 723 square feet with one bedroom and one bath. It has a contemporary décor that includes plush chenille convertible sofa, a plush Danish style recliner and ottoman in living room.  There is also a mirrored wardrobe, a foyer table that can be used as a desk and a dinette set. The wall unit in the living room has a 55 inch, flat screen TV with HDTV and internet access. From the living room through sliding glass doors you may access the oversized balcony with new patio table and chairs. The balcony is also accessible from the bedroom.

The kitchen is separated from the living room by a breakfast bar and two stools. The kitchen has upgraded stainless steel appliances including a full-size oven, electric range, microwave, dishwasher and side-by-side refrigerator with filtered water and an icemaker.

There is a king-size platform bed with pillow-top mattress, two nightstands with coordinating dresser and a flat screen TV in the bedroom. The spa-like bathroom has granite countertops and a combination bathtub and shower.
