Miami Beach ferienwohnung mit pool
Being that Miami Beach is so well-known for its warm weather and refreshing waters, it is not a surprise that many vacationers prefer to stay in a building with a pool. Vacationers do not get the same perks at home and wish to take advantage of them in Miami while they stay in our condos. Miami is extremely busy during the winter, people residing in Europe, Latin America or North America want to escape the freezing conditions of their winters and take advantage of our great weather. Access to the beach and pools becomes a priority for them.
The latest statistics concerning Miami vacation rentals indicate that having access to a pool is the single most important amenity. In Miami we are lucky enough to enjoy our pools throughout the year thanks to our fantastic weather. Miami vacation condo rentals tend to me more expensive if they have a pool access. Most recent buildings have a large variety of amenities but sometimes banned vacation rentals and 98% of historic buildings in the art deco district do not have pools.
