L'étoile Unit C

Unit C is one of only four South Beach lodging apartment located at L’etoile. This charming two-story building with private pool and parking is one of the best places to rent Miami vacation apartments. Unit C has one bedroom and one bathroom and will accommodate up to four people. It has 650 square feet of space and is located on the second-floor of L’etoile.
 
The spacious living room has high ceilings with exposed beams and is tastefully decorated with modern furnishings that include a black leather couch and chair with matching futon-sofa and coffee table. Beside the Art Deco style, faux fireplace is a plasma TV, DVD player and stereo. Unit C has a large dining area with a contemporary glass dining table and four chairs located between the living room and the kitchen. From this dining area guests may access the private second floor terrace through two glass doors. This terrace has outdoor furniture (a table and six chairs) and overlooks the tropical backyard pool area. The kitchen receives lots of natural light and is fully equipped with all white appliances.

There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two night tables, matching dresser and a large closet with a safe for guests to store their valuables.  The European style bathroom has floor to ceiling marble, a designer vanity and glass enclosed shower with a large rainfall showerhead. Guests may access the coin operated washer and dryer. Guests of these South Beach lodging apartments will enjoy swimming and sunbathing in the backyard pool and relaxing in the outdoor lounge area.
