L'étoile Unit B

Unit B is one of only four South Beach accommodations located within L’etoile and is the only unit in the building to be upgraded with a new “luxury package”.  This one bedroom received all new designer furnishings in May 2010 making it one of our nicest extended stay Miami apartments at L’etoile. Unit B has 650 square feet of space and will now sleep six people using the additional full-size bed in the den.
 
Unit B has its original Art Deco, faux fireplace which adds character to the oversized living room. In addition there is a new contemporary, leather futon-sofa with matching chairs, accent table and a 32’ wall mounted plasma TV, DVD player and a radio. There is a dining area between the living room and the kitchen with a modern table and four chairs. A breakfast bar and two stools separate the dining room from the open kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has new cabinetry, white counter tops and all white appliances. Through the kitchen the den with full-size bed can be accessed.

The master bedroom has a trendy décor that include a new queen-size platform bed and a 32” plasma TV mounted on the wall above.  The spacious closet has an in-room safe for quests to store their valuables. The designer bathroom has new European style fixtures that include a glass enclosed shower with rainfall showerheads.

Guests of these extended stay Miami lodging apartments have access to the coin operated clothes washers and dryers and may request additional cleaning service for a small fee. All or our South Beach accommodations have free local dialing and Wi-Fi. 

We offer a limited number of street parking permits (based on first come first serve basis), please make sure that you reserve one if you are interested. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.
