L'étoile Unit A

L’etoile is a lovely two-story building and home to four of Miami Habitat’s private vacation rentals. Miami lodging apartments in this charming building are perfect for couples and smaller families. Unit A has two bedrooms, two baths plus an additional den with a full size bed. It is the largest of our South Beach lodging apartments located at L’etoile with 1,200 square feet of space. Unit A is located on the first floor and is tasteful decorated. It will comfortably sleep up to eight people.

The living room of Unit A has a stylish decor that includes its original Art Deco faux fireplace, a black leather sofa and chair and a black fold-out futon. There is also has a plasma TV, DVD player and a stereo. There is a dining room between the living room and the kitchen with a table and four chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has nice new cabinetry and all black appliances that include a stove, built in microwave, double sinks and a dish washer. Through the kitchen is a small den with full-size bed that can be used as an additional bedroom.
 
There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a leather chair, dresser and spacious closets. This room also has an in-room safe for guests to store their valuable belongings. There are two glass doors that lead from the master bedroom to the backyard pool deck. The master bathroom has designer fixtures that include a glass enclosed shower with a large rainfall showerhead.  The second bedroom is furnished with two twin-size beds and is bright and sunny. The second bathroom also has designer fixtures that include a shower with rainfall showerhead.

All guests staying in our private vacation rentals, Miami lodging apartments or extended stay condos will have free local dialing and Wi-Fi. The guests in our South Beach lodging apartments may request additional cleaning services for a small fee.  Guests may access the coin operated washers and dryers located within the property.

We offer a limited number of street parking permits (based on first come first serve basis), please make sure that you reserve one if you are interested. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.
