Hispaniola House is a historic Mediterranean building that is home to six of Miami Habitat’s South Beach accommodations. Unit 6 is a two bedroom, one bath Miami lodging apartment located on the upper floor of this delightful building. It has 900 square feet of living space and will accommodate six people comfortably. Unit 6 has a trendy decor with hardwood flooring throughout. In the living room there is a black leather futon-sofa, leather chair, plasma TV, DVD player and stereo. There is also a glass dining table with four chairs. From the living room you can accesses a small balcony that overlooks the front of the building. On the other end the living room is the open style kitchen with marble countertops and a European style washer and dryer for your clothes. Both bedrooms are attractively decorated with queen-size beds, night stands and a dresser. One of the closets has a safe for guests to store their valuables. The newly remodeled bathroom has tile from floor to ceiling, a European style vanity and shower. We offer a limited number of street parking permits (based on first come first serve basis), please make sure that you reserve one if you are interested. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.

Currently, South Beach has replaced both Los Angeles and New York City as the premier and most popular nightlife spot in the U.S. It is host to over 150 clubs and other destinations. |
