Hispaniola House Unit 5

Hispaniola House is home to six of our condos in Miami for vacation. Unit 5 is located on the second floor of the South side of this historic, Art Deco building.  This South Beach lodging apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom and 900 square feet of living space. This unit has a trendy South Beach décor and sleeps up to six people comfortably.

Unit 5 has a great layout that includes a red, leather futon-sofa, leather chair and coffee table. In the living room there is also a dining table that will seat six as well as a plasma TV, DVD player and stereo. The open style kitchen is separated from the living room by a breakfast bar with two bar stools. The kitchen is fully equipped and has marble counter tops and a dishwasher.

Both bedrooms in this South Beach lodging apartment are nicely decorated with queen-size beds, night stands and a dresser. The master bedroom has a safe in the closet so guests may secure their valuables. The bathroom has marble and tile from floor to ceiling, a designer vanity and a combination bath tub and shower.

Hispaniola House has key-in entry doors and is secured with 24 hour camera surveillance. All of our condos in Miami for vacation are offered with free local calls and free Wi-Fi. Miami Habitat now offers free concierge services to all guests and additional cleaning services may be requested for a small fee.

We offer a limited number of street parking permits (based on first come first serve basis), please make sure that you reserve one if you are interested. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.
