Hispaniola House is a historic, Art Deco building that is home to six of our Miami South Beach lodging apartments. This building’s location is close to everything South Beach has to offer making it one of the most popular places to rent in Miami Fl. Unit 4 is 900 square feet and has two bedrooms and one bath. This spacious vacation rental is located on the ground floor and will sleep up to six people. Unit 4 has a contemporary décor that includes two futon-sofas, accent tables, an LCD TV, DVD player and stereo. In the living room you will also find a dining table with four chairs. A breakfast bar with two bar stools separates the kitchen from the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has marble counter tops and a dishwasher. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, matching night stands and a dresser. There is an in-suite safe in the closet for guests to store their valuables. The second bedroom is like the first with a queen-size bed. The European style bathroom has marble and tile from floor to ceiling and designer fixtures that include am Italian marble vanity and shower with a rainfall head. Miami South Beach lodging at Hispaniola House is secured with key-in entry doors and 24 hour camera surveillance. Guests of these vacation rentals will receive free local dialing and free Wi-Fi. Guests may request additional cleaning services for a small fee. We offer a limited number of street parking permits (based on first come first serve basis), please make sure that you reserve one if you are interested. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.
