Hispaniola House Unit 3

Hispaniola House is home to six of our extended stay Miami apartments. South Beach lodging rentals in this charming Mediterranean style building are located in the heart of the Art Deco district. Unit 3 is located on the first floor and is the only unit to receive a ‘luxury upgrade’. It is 600 square feet with one bedroom and one bath. Unit 3 will accommodate up to four people.

The living room has a modern décor that includes a black leather futon-sofa, a 32’ plasma TV, DVD player and stereo. There is separate dining area with a modern glass table and three chairs.  Past this area is the kitchen which is fully equipped and includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster oven and a coffee maker.

There extended stay Miami lodging apartment has a queen-size bed, night table, dresser and a new 32’ plasma TV. The spacious closet in this bedroom has a combination safe for guests to store their valuables. The newly remodeled bathroom has floor to wall marble and tile, European fixtures and a shower with rainfall shower head.

All of our South Beach lodging rentals have free Wi-Fi and free local dialing. Guest of this extended stay Miami apartment will have access to the building’s coin operated washers and dryers. Hispaniola House has secured entry doors and 24 hour security camera surveillance. Additional cleaning services may be requested for a small fee.

We offer a limited number of street parking permits (based on first come first serve basis), please make sure that you reserve one if you are interested. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.
