Hispaniola House Unit 2

Hispaniola House is home to six of our private vacation rentals. Miami lodging rentals in this charming Mediterranean style building are located in the heart of the Art Deco district.  Unit 2 is on the ground floor and will sleep up to six people. It is 900 square feet with two bedrooms and one bath. This unit has tile flooring throughout the common areas and hardwood floors in both bedrooms.

Unit 2 has a trendy South Beach decor that includes a black leather futon-sofa, coffee table, plasma TV, DVD player and stereo in the living room. From the living room you can access the outdoor terrace through two sliding glass doors. This is the only unit in the building that has access to this private terrace. Past the living room and up three stairs is the dining area with a glass table and four chairs. This room also opens up to the fully equipped kitchen with marble counter tops and all white appliances.

Both bedrooms are spacious and furnished with queen-size beds, coordinating night tables and a dresser. The master bedroom has a flat screen TV and a spacious closet with a safe for guests to securing their valuables. The newly remodeled bathroom has beige tile and designer fixtures that include a combination bathtub and shower.

All private vacation rentals, Miami lodging apartments at Hispaniola House have free local dialing and free Wi-Fi. Guests will have access to the building’s coin operated washers and dryers. Additional cleaning services may be requested for a small fee. There are 24 hour video cameras and secured entry doors for your protection.

We offer a limited number of street parking permits (based on first come first serve basis), please make sure that you reserve one if you are interested. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.
