Hispaniola House Unit 1

Hispaniola House is a historic Miami lodging building that is home to six of Miami Habitat’s South Beach accommodations. Unit 1 is located on the ground floor of this charming Mediterranean style building. It has 900 square feet of living space with two bedrooms and one bath. This unit has been fully renovated and has a trendy Art Deco décor. Unit 1 will comfortably accommodate six people.

The living room is bright and cheerful with hardwood floors and an original Art Deco, faux fireplace. Furnishings include a black, leather futon-sofa, a plasma TV, DVD player and IPod dock. There is also a glass dining table that seats four. Through the living room and up two stairs is the fully equipped kitchen with all white appliances.

Both bedrooms are spacious, one has a queen-size bed and the other 2 twin size bed, night stands and a coordinating dresser. One bedroom has a safe in the closet for guests to store their valuables. The bathroom was recently remodeled with new marble vanity and floor to ceiling tile. The combination bathtub and shower has rainfall shower head.

Miami lodging at Hispaniola House is offered with free local calls and free Wi-Fi. Guests will have access to the properties coin operated washers and dryers. Additional cleaning service may be requested for a small fee in all of our South Beach accommodations.  Hispaniola House has combination entry doors and 24 hour camera surveillance for your protection.

We offer a limited number of street parking permits (based on first come first serve basis), please make sure that you reserve one if you are interested. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.
