These South Beach accommodations are just a ten minutes drive from the excitement of South Beach and fifteen minutes from Ft. Lauderdale. Unit 43 has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and will accommodate up to six guests. This spacious condo has a comfortable modern décor with tile floors throughout the common areas and new carpeting in the bedrooms. The living room has convertible sofa, matching love seat and coordinating coffee table and end tables. Separating the living room from the fully-equipped kitchen is a dining area with a table and six chairs. There is a king-size bed, two night tables and a large closet in the master bedroom and two twin-size beds in the second bedroom. Both the master and the guest bathrooms are full size. The large balcony has wonderful intercostals view. This unit also has a washer and dryer as well as cable TV, internet and a stereo. South Beach accommodations at the Golden Bay Club are within walking distance of many trendy restaurants, groceries and places of worship.
