The junior bedroom is a small room that connects to the kitchen. Guests can access the kitchen only by this room. Please refer to the pictures before you book. This charming Art Deco building with its tropical courtyard garden is home to sixteen private vacation rentals Miami apartments. Unit 1542-8 is one of our three bedroom private vacation rentals Miami apartments located within the Courtyard. This junior, three bedroom, one bath apartment has 950 square feet of living space and will sleep up to eight people. It is located on the second floor of the North building. The living room has a comfortable décor with updated furnishings that include two plush couches. One of the couches is a futon-sofa and will sleep two people. There is also dinette set with four chairs, a new 32” flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo. Kitchen is fully equipped. This property is a legal short rental with all city and state licences and is managed professionally. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with matching night tables and dresser. There is a security safe in the spacious closet that guests may use to store their valuables. From a door in the master bedroom you can walk out on to the private balcony that overlooks the garden courtyard. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds, a nightstand and two coordinating dressers. The bathroom has floor-to-ceiling tile and new fixtures including a combination bathtub and shower. The shower has a rainfall showerhead. All of our private vacation rentals, Miami South Beach lodging apartments and condos are offered with free Wi-Fi and free local calls. The Courtyard has 24-hour video cameras and a coded entry gate. In South Beach parking can be difficult and reserved for residents, (streets around the Court Yard) we have a few permits, make sure that you reserve your permit with your rental agent. If you are parked without the proper permit you car will be towed.
