There are two oversized black leather couches in the living room. One of the couches is a futon-sofa and folds out to a bed. Above the Art Deco faux fire place is a flat screen, plasma TV. Nest to this fireplace is a dinette set that seats four people. Kitchen is fully equipped. This property is a legal short rental with all city and state licences and is managed professionally.

The large master bedroom has new furniture that includes a queen-size bed, matching night tables and large dresser. The closet has a combination safe for guests to store their valuables. You can access the unit’s private second floor balcony that overlooks the central courtyard from a door in the bedroom. The bathroom has new European style fixtures including a designer shower with Italian rainfall shower head.
