Through a door in the bedroom you can access the private patio that overlooks the courtyard. The European style bathroom has designer fixtures that include a designer shower.

In South Beach parking can be difficult and reserved for residents (streets around the Court Yard), we have a few permits, make sure that you reserve your permit with your rental agent. If you are parked without the proper permit you car will be towed.
