There are sixteen Miami, FL lodging apartments located at the Courtyard. These South Beach Miami accommodations are built around a tropical garden courtyard. Unit 1540-2 is a junior two bedroom apartment located in the front of the building on the second floor. Unit 1540-2 is located on the second floor in the front of the building and will sleep up to six people comfortably.

This apartment has a stylish, ‘Art Deco’ décor that includes a leather futon-sofa that will sleep two people and two modern black leather swivel chairs. There is also a dinette set with four chairs, a plasma TV, DVD player and stereo. Kitchen is fully equipped. This property is a legal short rental with all city and state licences and is managed professionally to six people comfortably.

The new bedroom set in the master bedroom includes a queen-size bed, coordinating night tables and a dresser. The closet has an in-room safe that guests can use to secure their valuables. From the bedroom you can access the private balcony. This second-floor balcony overlooks the entrance to the building and has a table and chairs. The bathroom has European style fixtures that include an Italian shower stall with rainfall shower head.

The Junior bedroom is equipped with a full bed  (54 in*75 in or 1.37m*1.91).

All of our South Beach Miami accommodations are offered with free local dialing and free Wi-Fi. The Courtyard building has a secured entry gate and 24 hour camera surveillance.

In South Beach parking can be difficult and reserved for residents, (streets around the Court Yard) we have a few permits, make sure that you reserve your permit with your rental agent. If you are parked without the proper permit you car will be towed.
