The junior bedroom is a small room that connects to the kitchen. Guests can access the kitchen only by this room. Please refer to the pictures before you book. The Courtyard is home to sixteen, private vacation rentals, Miami lodging apartments and condos. This historic building is situated around a lush courtyard garden. Unit 1538-8 is a 950 square foot, junior three bedroom apartment that sleeps eight people. This second floor apartment is on the North side of this charming Art Deco building. The living room in this vacation rental has two leather couches, a coffee table, plasma TV, DVD player and stereo. One of the leather couches is a futon-sofa and will sleep two people. In the corner of the room is a modern glass dining table with four chairs. Kitchen is fully equipped. This property is a legal short rental with all city and state licences and is managed professionally. There is a queen-size bed in the master bedroom as well as a night table, matching dresser and spacious closet. In the closet is an in-room safe for our guests to store their valuables. There are two full-size beds, a nightstand and dresser in the second bedroom. The European style bathroom has designer fixtures that include a glass enclosed shower with Italian shower head. In South Beach parking can be difficult and reserved for residents (streets around the Court Yard), we have a few permits, make sure that you reserve your permit with your rental agent. If you are parked without the proper permit you car will be towed.
