It has 650 square feet of living space and will sleep up to six people.
 
Unit 1538-6 has a trendy décor that includes a pull-out sleeper sofa, a coffee table, TV and stereo. In this room you will also find a modern dining table and four chairs. Kitchen is fully equipped. This property is a legal short rental with all city and state licences and is managed professionally.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with coordination night table a tall dresser. The spacious closet has an in-room safe for guests to store their valuables. From this bedroom you can access the small balcony. The bathroom has designer fixtures and an Italian shower with glass doors and rainfall shower head.

The Junior bedroom is equipped with a full bed that will sleep 2 people(54 in*75 in or 1.37m*1.91 M).

In South Beach parking can be difficult and reserved for residents (streets around the Court Yard), we have a few permits, make sure that you reserve your permit with your rental agent. If you are parked without the proper permit you car will be towed.
