South Beach accommodations within the Courtyard are situated around a serene tropical garden courtyard.  Unit 1538-5 is junior, two bedroom apartment located on the ground floor in the south building.  This unit is attractively decorated with 650 square feet of living space. This apartment will sleep up to six people.

Unit 1538-5 has a unique Art Deco style charm combined with a newly updated modern decor. The living room is spacious with a leather, futon-sofa, end table, cable TV, DVD player and stereo. In the corner of the living room is also a modern glass dining table with four chairs. Kitchen is fully equipped. This property is a legal short rental with all city and state licences and is managed professionally.

The master bedroom has a queen-size, platform bed, night table and matching dresser. The closet is spacious and includes an in-room safe so guests may store their valuables. There is a door that leads to a small outdoor terrace from the master bedroom. The newly remodeled bathroom has tile from the floor to ceiling and a combination bathtub and shower. 

The Junior bedroom is equipped with a full bed (54 in*75 in or 1.37m*1.91 M).

We offer a limited number of street parking permits (based on first come first serve basis), please make sure that you reserve one if you are interested. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.
