Unit 1536-2 is one of only two vacation rentals at the Courtyard to receive an upgraded decor which includes new furnishings. This Miami South Beach lodging apartment is a junior two bedroom, one bath apartment located on the ground floor. It has 650 square feet of living space and will sleep up to six people. The newly furnished living room has a stylish leather futon-sofa, matching chairs and new coffee table. There is also a wall mounted, 32” plasma TV with DVD player a stereo and a table with four chairs. From the living room there is a door that leads to a den which has been converted into a second bedroom. This second bedroom has a full-size bed that will sleep two people. The entrance to the fully equipped kitchen is also through this door. The master bedroom has a new loft style, queen-size bed and a new 32’ plasma TV mounted on the wall across from the bed. The large closet has a combination safe so guests can store their valuables. From a door in this bedroom you can access the small outdoor, private terrace. The bathroom has European designed fixtures that include an Italian shower stall with rainfall shower heads. All of Miami Habitat’s extended stay Miami Fl apartments have free Wi-Fi and local dialing. The Courtyard has a secured entry gate and 24 hour camera surveillance.
We offer a limited number of street parking permits (based on first come first serve basis), please make sure that you reserve one if you are interested. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.
