The junior bedroom is a small room that connects to the kitchen. Guests can access the kitchen only by this room. Please refer to the pictures before you book.

The Courtyard consists of two small Art Deco buildings that are separated by a tropical courtyard oasis. Unit 1536-1 is located on the ground floor and has been upgraded with new furnishings and extra amenities. This junior two bedroom apartment is one of sixteen South Beach accommodations located within the Courtyard.  Miami lodging unit 1536-1 is located on the ground floor and has over 650 square feet of space and will sleep up to six people comfortably.

New furnishings include a trendy futon-sofa, matching chairs and a coffee table. For your entertainment there is 32’ plasma TV, DVD player and a stereo.  You will also find a dining table that seats four people. Kitchen is fully equipped. This property is a legal short rental with all city and state licences and is managed professionally.

The master bedroom has also been updated with new loft style furnishings that include a queen-size bed, night tables, a dresser and a 32” plasma TV an iPod player with radio and an alarm clock. From the master bedroom you can access a private balcony that is equipped with a breakfast table and chairs. The European style bathroom includes a glass enclosed shower with rainfall shower head.

The Junior bedroom of our South Beach lodging apartments are equipped with a full bed (54 in*75 in or 1.37m*1.91 M).

All of our South Beach accommodations include free Wi-Fi and local dialing.  The Courtyard has a secured entry gate and 24 hour camera surveillance.

In South Beach parking can be difficult and reserved for residents (streets around the Court Yard), we have a few permits, make sure that you reserve your permit with your rental agent. If you are parked without the proper permit you car will be towed.
