There are only two private vacation rentals Miami Habitat has allocated for the main building of Casa Gaby. One is on the first floor and the other is located on the second floor. Both of these South Beach accommodations have 1,500 square feet of living space. Unit B is on the second floor and has four bedrooms and two baths. This apartment will accommodate up to ten people and is tastefully decorated with modern furnishings and a trendy decor. The spacious living room of Unit B has two chocolate brown fold out futon-sofas with coordinating chairs and accent tables. There is also a wall mounted plasma cable TV and an IPod dock with speakers. This charming the living room still has the original Art Deco faux fire place. Between the kitchen and the living room is a dining room with a table and eight high-back chairs. Through this room you enter the kitchen with new cabinetry, marble countertops and all stainless steel appliances. In the corner of the kitchen you will see a washer and dryer for clothes. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, dresser and matching night stands, a wall mounted flat screen TV and a spacious closet. This bedroom overlooks the front of the building. The European style master bathroom has designer fixtures that include a shower with rainfall shower head. The second and third bedrooms have a queen-size bed, dresser and a flat screen TV. The fourth bedroom has two twin-size beds. The second bathroom has designer fixtures and a shower with waterfall shower heads.
This unit comes with 2 assigned parking spots ( tandem parking) Please make sure that you reserve your parking spots. If you do so, it should be written on your rental agreement.
